These terms cover your use of Unfoldary and any plan you pay for. By using Unfoldary, you agree to them.

Using Unfoldary

Unfoldary turns your questions into an interactive learning canvas, with answers generated by AI. It’s an early public beta, so features and limits may change. AI answers can be wrong or incomplete, so check anything important against a trusted source.

Use Unfoldary lawfully. Don’t use it to harm other people, to get around your plan’s limits, or to try to reach canvases that aren’t yours.

Your account

You need an account to save canvases and to use a plan. Keep your password safe: you’re responsible for what happens under your account. Your canvases are private to your account unless you share one: anyone with a share link can read the copy it shows, until you revoke the link. The privacy page explains what we store and what a share link includes.

You can export your canvases or delete your account from the account page at any time.

Plans and billing

Free costs nothing. Plus and Pro are monthly subscriptions, priced in US dollars, and the current prices are listed on the pricing page. A subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Changing or cancelling

While your subscription is active, you can change your plan from the pricing page. You cancel it from Manage billing on your account page. A plan that’s set to cancel has to be resumed in Manage billing before you can change it.

Upgrades take effect straight away, and you’re charged the prorated difference for the rest of the current period then. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, and you keep your current plan until then. Cancellations take effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you keep your plan until then.

Deleting your account cancels your subscription straight away.

Refunds

Payments aren’t refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires a refund.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Unfoldary changes. When we do, we’ll change the date below. If you keep using Unfoldary after a change, the updated terms apply.
